What should I do if I accidentally ordered the wrong product?

Accidentally ordering the wrong product is easily done! If you realise you’ve ordered the wrong item shortly after placing your order, it’s worth messaging us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we can either remove the incorrect product from your order and refund you for that item, or cancel and refund the entire order so you can place a new one with the correct products.


If your order has already been dispatched before you realise the mistake, don’t worry — you’re welcome to return the incorrectly ordered item to us, unopened and in its original condition, within 28 days for a full refund. When returning the item, please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

As you, the buyer, are responsible for the return postage, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage or tracking details. 



Please note, we can only issue refunds for products that are returned unused and sealed in their original condition.
