Why is the product I ordered in a bottle and not a pouch?

If you have received a product you regularly order and noticed that it has different packaging, or received an item whose packaging does not appear to match the images on our website, please don’t worry.


We are currently transitioning from pouch-style packaging to bottle packaging. The new bottles are more environmentally friendly, more recyclable, and better suited to protecting capsules during the delivery process.


During this transition, customers may temporarily receive either type of packaging, as we are using up our remaining pouch stock to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.


We sincerely apologise for any confusion this may have caused and want to reassure you that while the outer packaging is changing, the product inside remains exactly the same.
