Can I return a product that is not working for me?

We understand that some customers may expect results within a short timeframe. However, supplements often require consistent use over several weeks or months before noticeable benefits occur.


While our formulas are developed based on extensive research and evidence, results cannot be guaranteed, as everyone’s physiology is unique.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for opened or used products returned on the basis that they are not showing results, as supplements may take time to work and outcomes can vary between individuals. However, if you have any unopened bottles or pouches of a product you feel is not working for you, you are welcome to return them in their original condition for a full refund.


When returning an item, please include your name, order number, and reason for the return.
