How do I cancel my order?

If for some reason you change your mind and decide you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team by creating a ticket through the 'Contact' page on our website.

It is important that you contact us as soon as possible after you place your order as once your order has been despatched we are unable to cancel your order.

If your order has already been despatched but you still do not wish to have your order anymore, you are welcome to return the items you have purchased to us once you receive them for a full refund. This return must occur within 28 days, and the items must be sealed and in their original condition.

When returning an item to us, please include your name, order number and reason for returning the product.
