What is the status of my order?

To see the current status of your order, please log in to your account on our website and access you 'Account' page where an 'Orders' tab is available. This page will show all of the orders you have placed, as well as their current status giving you the ability to monitor the orders you have placed and easily identify products you have ordered previously.


Please note, this page is will not show your parcels delivery tracking during the delivery process and to access this you must use the tracking number provided on the orders despatch email.
