Why is the packaging of products switching from pouches to bottles?

We're making several changes to our product packaging, so it's understandable to wonder why we're shifting from pouches to bottles. 

One reason for this change is that the new bottles we’re using are more environmentally friendly and recyclable than the pouches used previously. Minimising environmental impact is a major goal for Time Health, and we are constantly looking for new ways to help protect the planet. Updating our product packaging was a great opportunity to support that mission. 

Another reason for this shift in packaging is that the new bottles provide better protection for capsules during delivery, as they are much sturdier than pouches. We hope this change will help reduce the risk of damage to your products during shipping and handling. 

We want to assure you that while the outer packaging of our products is changing, the product inside remains exactly the same. There's no need to worry about any changes to the quality or formulas of our products.

Please note that during this transition, you may receive either pouch or bottle packaging, as we are using up our existing pouch stock to minimise waste.
