What is the shelf life of Time Health products?

You can find the specific expiration dates of our products on their packaging. A product’s expiration date is located on the bottom of our bottles and on the labels of our pouches.

Notably, our products should be consumed within six months of opening. We include the message "Once opened, consume within six months" on our products due to a reduction in efficacy after this time. This recommendation applies to all food supplement products from any company, even if it is not stated on the label. The same principle applies to food purchased in a supermarket: once opened, it is best consumed within a certain timeframe, as exposure to air can affect the product.
