If you can't find your dispatch confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.
The majority of UK orders arrive within 48 hours after dispatch, however we ask customers to wait up to 2 weeks for their delivery to arrive.
The tracking shows my order has been delivered, but I have not received it.
Please check your order has not been left with a neighbour, in a safe place or a family member has not taken it in. If you still haven't found your order, please contact us to request a non-delivery form.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We can not raise a case with Royal Mail until at least 7 days after the intended delivery date - sorry!
