Why did my subscription discount not work?

If you’ve just set up your subscription and noticed that the 15% subscription discount did not apply at checkout, this is because the initial order used to create a subscription does not qualify for the discount. Instead, that order will receive any applicable standard website discounts.


The 15% subscription discount will apply automatically from your second subscription order onward, provided the eligibility requirements are met. These can be found in the “Requirements” section of the webpage linked at the bottom of this page, or by searching for the “What are the requirements for subscriptions?” article in the help widget.


Please note: if your subscription total is under £30, it does not meet the criteria for the 15% discount. Therefore, if the discount is not applying, please check that your subscription total is over £30 and that any price changes haven’t brought it below this threshold.


If the subscription discount still doesn’t apply—and it is not your first subscription order, and your subscription total is over £30—please contact us by creating a ticket on our support page linked below:
