Where is my subscription?

If your subscription is overdue its renewal date, however you still have not received your goods, it is likely that your item/some of your items may be out of stock. 

Single-item subscriptions 

If you have a single item subscription that is out of stock at the time of your scheduled subscription renewal, your subscription will continue to reattempt to process for the following 10 days in case this product comes back into stock. 

If more than 10 days have passed since your subscription was first scheduled to occur, it is likely that this product is still out of stock and therefore we are unfortunately unable to complete this subscription renewal. In this case, your subscription should be sent to you as per normal for the next scheduled renewal as long as the product is back in stock.

If your subscription was unable to renew but you would like to receive this product before the next renewal date and the product is now back in stock, please feel free to contact us by creating a ticket through the 'Need Help?' page available under the 'More' drop down on our website.

Multi-item subscriptions

If you have a subscription containing multiple products, and one or more of the items are out of stock at the time of your scheduled subscription renewal, all of the available products within your subscription will be despatched to you as normal. Any unavailable products will not be sent in this renewal, however they will be included within your next subscription as normal so long as they are back in stock again.

If your subscription renewal did not include one or more items due to the products being out of stock and the product has since become available again and you would like to receive this product before your next scheduled subscription renewal, please feel free to contact us by creating a ticket through the 'Need Help?' page available under the 'More' drop down on our website.
