If you are not going to be at home on the day that your delivery is due to arrive, please access your parcel's tracking link using the tracking number available on the despatch email of the order. Once you have accessed your tracking, you should be able to update your delivery options or to assign a 'safe place' for your order to be delivered to.
Alternatively, if your courier has attempted to deliver your parcel but nobody was home and the parcel is unable to fit through your letter box, it is likely that the courier has taken the parcel away with them to reattempt delivery another day. If this is the case, you can access your parcel's tracking and see when the next delivery attempt will be made.
If you were not in to receive a delivery and yet your parcel's tracking is showing that your parcel was delivered, please make sure to check any obvious 'safe places' such as behind your bin or plant pots and also visit your neighbours to check if they received your parcel and have yet to return it to you. By accessing your parcel's tracking, you may also be able to view a photo of the delivery location and find your parcel's delivery coordinates, which should help you locate where your parcel is.
