Some of our products contain small measuring scoops to help you consume the correct dose. If you are unable to see the scoop in a product you have received, please make sure to check thoroughly through the powder. Sometimes, the powder can shift during delivery and handling, causing the scoop to become buried.
If you have checked through all of the powder and still cannot find the scoop, please feel free to contact our Customer Support Team by submitting a ticket through our contact page, and they will be happy to assist you.
