What should I do if I am experiencing side effects?

Supplements interact differently with each individual, so it is possible that you may not experience the same results as others, or that certain products may not agree with you. We understand how frustrating it can be when you don’t achieve the outcomes you were hoping for.


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds based on side effects, provided there is no fault with the product itself.

If you are experiencing mild side effects, it may be helpful to lower your dose by opening the capsules and consuming only part of the contents at a time. You can then gradually increase your intake until it matches the suggested dose. This approach may allow your body to build tolerance and reduce the likelihood of negative side effects.


However, not all of our products are suitable for this method. To determine whether a capsule can be opened, please check the capsule shell type, which can be found either on the product label in the “Nutritional Information” section or on the product page on our website under the “Ingredients and Suggested Use” tab. For any product that uses Stomach Acid-Resistant DRCaps®, opening the capsule and consuming the contents separately will reduce the product’s effectiveness. In these cases, we advise against opening the capsule.


If you are experiencing severe side effects or adverse reactions, please stop taking the product immediately. We recommend seeking medical advice from your GP to determine the cause of your symptoms.
