If you would like to apply, please complete the Practitioner Discount scheme application form on the page linked below. Please include your qualification certificate, along with proof of current practice—such as a link to your website or a copy of this current year's insurance.
Please also ensure that you have an account set up on our website, as this is required to join the Practitioner Scheme and receive the practitioner discount.
Kindly note that a minimum spend of £150 per year is required to maintain the 25% discount.
