We have recently transitioned from a points-based loyalty scheme to a new store-credit-based system, which is much easier to use. Customers now automatically earn 2% store credit for every eligible purchase, and this credit is linked to the email address you use when signing in to our website. When checking out, a box will appear giving you the option to apply any store credit you have earned.
To ensure that our customers did not miss out on any savings from the old points system, all active points and coupons on your account have been converted into store credit, so you can still use them. This is why you can no longer see loyalty points on your account. As an extra bonus, points will no longer have an expiry date!
